Praewa Group ("we", "us", "our") operates financial education programmes in Bangkok, Thailand. We take the handling of personal data seriously and this policy sets out what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it.

- Enrolment information — confirmation of which programme you have enrolled in and the date of enrolment.
- Website usage data — technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and session duration, collected via analytics cookies where you have consented to their use.
Financial information: Worksheets and personal financial documents completed during sessions belong to participants and are not collected or retained by Praewa Group. We do not hold records of your financial position.
Legal basis: We process contact and enrolment data on the basis of your consent (when you submit an enquiry form) and on the basis of legitimate interest (to administer programme delivery). Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent.
Retention: Contact and enquiry data is held for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Enrolment records are held for 36 months after programme completion for administrative purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss programme options
- To confirm your enrolment and provide session details
- To send administrative communications relating to sessions you have enrolled in
- To improve our website and programme content through aggregated analytics
We do not use your data for direct marketing without your explicit consent. We do not share your data with any financial product provider or third-party commercial organisation.
Third-party services: We use Google Analytics for website analytics (where consented) and standard email infrastructure for communications. We do not share personal data with any affiliate, broker, or financial institution.

- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS on our website
- Access to personal data limited to team members who need it for programme administration
