Reading Your Financial Picture, Quietly and Carefully
Practical workshops for adults at 40 and above — household numbers, currencies, and retirement income, set out clearly so you can think them through at your own pace.
Our Programmes
Three Reading Programmes
Each programme is designed as a small, structured series of sessions — not lectures, but quiet working meetings where you build a clearer picture of your own household finances.
Workshop — 2 Sessions
Reading the Household's Annual Numbers
Each participant draws up a one-page summary of their household's year — income, recurring outgoings, irregular outgoings, savings, and a short written reflection on what surprised them most.
- Printed Thai household template included
- Individual facilitation within the session
- Your completed document stays private
Evening Programme — 3 Sessions
A Considered Reading of Currencies
A patient reading of currencies — what shapes a currency's value over long periods, and what a household at 40+ might consider in holding savings across more than one currency.
- Plain-language technical material
- Thai-baht and foreign-currency context
- No specific transactions recommended
Monthly Meetings — 4 Months
The Long Reading on Retirement Income
Monthly meetings on retirement-income arrangements in Thailand — Social Security, provident funds, voluntary contributions, supplementary annuity products, and household savings drawn down over decades.
- Printed companion volume provided
- Quiet small-group discussion format
- Personal one-page retirement summary
Why Praewa Group
What Sets Our Approach Apart
Structured Like a Ledger
Each session follows a clear, methodical format — participants leave with a tangible document, not just impressions from a presentation.
Small Groups, Personal Attention
Sessions are kept deliberately small so the facilitator can work through each participant's own numbers, not a generic example.
No Products, No Pressure
Praewa Group does not sell financial products. The programmes exist to help you read your own situation more clearly — nothing more.
Plain Language Throughout
Technical material is presented in plain English, adapted for participants whose financial background varies — no jargon, no assumed knowledge.
Grounded in Thai Context
The content reflects the specific arrangements available in Thailand — Thai Social Security, baht-denominated savings, and the Thai household's typical patterns.
Your Numbers Stay Yours
Completed worksheets and summaries belong to each participant. Nothing is shared or retained by the programme beyond the session itself.
Take the First Step
Would a Clearer Picture of Your Finances Be Useful?
If you are at or approaching 40 and feel your household's financial picture could do with a careful, unhurried reading, we would be glad to hear from you. There is no obligation in making an enquiry.
Common Questions
Things People Often Ask
Who are these programmes intended for?
The programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above living in Thailand — whether Thai nationals, long-term residents, or those with household ties across more than one country. No prior financial knowledge is assumed.
Are these sessions conducted in English?
Yes. All sessions, printed materials, and written templates are in English. The content is adapted for participants living in Thailand but the language of instruction is English throughout.
How large are the session groups?
Groups are kept small — typically six to ten participants — so that the facilitator can give individual attention to each person's own numbers within the session. This is deliberate; it is not a lecture format.
Do I need to share my financial details with others in the group?
No. Participants work through their own templates privately. You will share your completed document with the facilitator only as needed within the session, and the document itself stays with you. Nothing is collected or retained by Praewa Group.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our premises on Songwat Road in Samphanthawong, Bangkok. The space is arranged as a working reading room — comfortable, quiet, and suited to careful thinking. Details are confirmed on enrolment.
Will I receive advice about what to do with my money?
No. Praewa Group provides financial education, not financial advice. The facilitator will not recommend specific products, transactions, or decisions. The purpose is to help you read and understand your own financial picture so that any subsequent decisions are better-informed.
What is the fee structure and how do I pay?
Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht: 5,400 THB for the household numbers workshop, 8,500 THB for the currencies programme, and 11,400 THB for the retirement income reading. Payment details are provided after your initial enquiry is confirmed.
Can I attend more than one programme?
Yes. The three programmes are independent of each other and can be attended in any order, though many participants find it natural to begin with the household numbers workshop as a foundation before moving to currencies or retirement income.
