Terms & Conditions

"We", "Us", "Our" — Praewa Group, a financial education practice operating from 84 Songwat Road, Samphanthawong, Bangkok 10100, Thailand.

"Programme" — any financial education workshop, evening programme, or monthly meeting offered by Praewa Group, as described on our website and in our communications.

"Participant" — any individual who enrols in or attends a Programme.

"Website" — the site operated at praewagrz.pro.

"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as they apply to your use of the Website and/or your enrolment in a Programme.

By using our Website or enquiring about or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or enrol.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website or participate in our Programmes. Our Programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above, though the legal minimum age for enrolment is 18.

Praewa Group offers facilitated financial education programmes held in person in Bangkok. Programmes are structured as small-group working meetings and are conducted in English. Full descriptions, session counts, and fees are set out on the Solutions page of our Website.

We reserve the right to amend session dates, times, and locations where necessary. Participants will be notified of material changes in advance.

Our Programmes are currently delivered at our premises in Bangkok. We do not currently offer online or remote delivery.

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Praewa Group following your enquiry. Submission of an enquiry form does not itself constitute enrolment.

Places in each Programme are limited. Confirmation of a place is subject to availability at the time your enquiry is processed.

You are responsible for ensuring the contact details you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to incorrect contact information.

All Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB). Payment details are provided following enrolment confirmation. Fees include all printed materials issued during the Programme.

Cancellation and refund: If you cancel more than 14 days before the first session of your Programme, we will refund your fee in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of the first session are not eligible for a refund, though we will consider requests to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel a Programme due to insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Participants are expected to engage with the Programme in a respectful and collaborative manner. Behaviour that disrupts other participants or the facilitator may result in removal from the session without refund.

The financial information you bring to sessions is your own and remains your private property. Praewa Group does not ask you to share your personal financial details with other participants.

You agree not to record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Praewa Group.

All templates, printed materials, companion volumes, and other content provided during Programmes are the intellectual property of Praewa Group. You may use them for your own private reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

The completed documents you produce using our templates — your household summary, currency notes, or retirement income picture — belong to you entirely.

Praewa Group provides financial education, not financial advice. Nothing presented in our Programmes, on our Website, or in our printed materials constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any financial product, currency, investment, or arrangement.

Participants are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make following attendance at a Programme. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.

Programme content is provided for educational purposes and is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of delivery. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of Programme content.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Praewa Group's liability to you in connection with any Programme or use of our Website is limited to the Programme fee you have paid.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of Programme content or from any financial decision made following attendance.

Force majeure: We are not liable for failure to deliver a Programme due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

Either party may withdraw from a Programme prior to the first session. Refund terms are set out in Section 5 above.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a Programme for breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage participants to contact us directly in the first instance if any concern arises. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve matters informally before any formal process is initiated.

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Praewa Group in relation to our Website and Programmes, and supersede any prior communications on the same subject.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
